Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your Byron leather product, you may return items within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of your returned product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
All orders placed are made fresh in our Long Jetty workshop. Our products are not mass produced and we don't keep a large quantity of stock on hand. We take care with each order and give attention to the small details. As this can be a timely process, we can take up to 7 days to have your new product crafted and shipped off to you.
